The home of Denby Pottery for over 200 years is in Derbyshire, close to the Peak District. The attractive centre is next to the working pottery, with shops clustered around a sunny courtyard. Shopping attractions include the largest Denby Factory Shop in the world with a huge selection of bargains at up to 60% off rrp, plus homeware and gift shops.  Activities include free daily Cookery Demonstrations (12.30 and 2.30pm), a small museum, and fully guided Pottery Tours with ‘hands on’ souvenir making and pottery painting.  Bourne’s Restaurant serves meals, snacks and delicious home made cakes.

The Denby Christmas Fayre (6th-8th December) is the biggest event of the year with over 50 stalls of quality gifts and foods and a lovely seasonal atmosphere. See website for other events.
