Hoo Farm has decided that 2013 is going to be a key year for a redesign of the farm trail including lots of new areas, new animals and many new undercover demonstrations and attractions.

The Farmyard Theatre Barn is key to the 2013 season as it will feature a brand new programme of events including a seasonal Animal Show which will take place undercover. The farmyard barn will enable all visitors the chance to experience the fun of the farm when the weather is unpredictable.
“The Bizzare British Wildlife” area will include the addition of Otters along with the usual foxes and owls but also features other wierd and wonderful creatures that can now be found in the more extreme areas of the UK.

Moving away from Britain “The African Zone” features some of the old favourites such as the Giant Tortoises and Meerkats but new arrivals are the Lemurs and Porcupine. This zone hopes to be a firm favourite with all members of the family.
Other new areas include the “Wallaby Woods” which features a walk through the wallaby enclosure and the addition of Llama Walking from early summer where visitors can do exactly that.
A whole new area for 2013 is the Furry Tail forest where visitors can take part in the New Egg Experience in a brand new undercover building, visit the 3 little pigs and the Hoollee Highstreet.
