Lucy Porter’s brand new show is based around a fascinating true story with a stunning twist in the tale. Along the way, the thirty-something mum of ‘Irish twins’ (not Jedward thankfully) brings us her hilarious stand up observations.
She tackles the big subjects; happiness, home shopping, friendship and the psychological impact of daytime TV’s Dom Littlewood. It’s a feel-good night of comedy that will appeal to audiences of all ages.
Lucy continues to appear regularly on BBC Radio 4 on ‘The Unbelievable Truth’ and ‘Life: An Idiot’s Guide’ and has co-presented the magazine show ‘What’s So Funny’ on BBC Radio 4 extra. TV wise she featured heavily on BBC2’s I’m In A Boy Band! I’m In A Girl Band! and I’m a Pop Star!

‘impeccably punch-lined anecdotes of the everyday…genuinely delightful’ The Telegraph
‘a terrific performance from a rare talent’ SG Fringe
‘…..she is like your witty friend who’s always brilliant company down the pub. Many stand-ups would give their non-drinking arms to be able to transfer that kind of sparkling barroom bonhomie to the stage and Porter does it effortlessly’ The Scotsman
