Built in 1699, the Hall is the only remaining evidence of the former importance of Newtown, which was once a thriving community represented by two Members of Parliament. Make a day of it by going for a walk on the adjoining Newtown Nature Reserve (also National Trust) and exploring the tiny, tranquil hamlet set amidst lovely countryside. Free Parking.
